    If you sign up for our Services, we will additionally need your payment information. For web purchases, we use Stripe; we see only the last four digits of your card and Stripe handles the rest. For mobile in‑app purchases, we use RevenueCat and do not retain any card data. We do not store your full payment details. If you do not provide payment information, you cannot access paid features.

  • Interactions & Feedback:
    When you participate in sweepstakes or contests, post product reviews, engage on social media, complete surveys, or send feedback (questions, comments, suggestions), you provide personal information such as name, email, social‑media username, and IP address. Except for identifying details, feedback may be used and shared in anonymized, aggregated form.

  • If your employer signs up for airlow.com for Teams, they may provide us your email address and other contact info.
